We build Digital Employees for finance teams. Then we wire them into your ERP correctly. The product and the implementation come from the same team — because that's the only way it actually works.

Our Thesis

The middle of the back office — bookkeeping, reconciliation, AP coding, AR follow-up, month-end close — is the most predictable, most rule-bound work in any business. It is also the most expensive thing to staff, and the hardest thing to staff well.

That work belongs to a Digital Employee. Humans should design the rules and review the exceptions. The Digital Employee should run the loop.

Controller Agent is that Digital Employee.

Our Approach

We are not a SaaS vendor pretending to be a software house. We are an AI engineering team that runs two operating businesses on this same agent — so when something is broken, we feel it before our customers do.

Every deployment includes ERP setup, chart-of-accounts design, data migration, prompt-and-tool tuning for your industry, and post-go-live support. The agent doesn't ship over the wall — it gets implemented by the people who built it.

How we got here

2022

First Agent Prototype

Built an internal Acumatica controller agent for our own books. It worked. We started running our two operating businesses on it.

2023

First External Deployment

Onboarded a $20M distribution client off QuickBooks Desktop and onto agent-driven Acumatica. Their close went from 14 days to 3.

2024

Productized the Stack

Released Controller Agent v1 — a generalizable Digital Employee runtime, prompt library, and tool layer that ports across ERP backends.

2025

Multi-ERP Support

Shipped Odoo and QuickBooks adapters. Mid-market clients can now run the same agent over whichever ledger they're already on.
