Founder-led services business needed CFO-grade cash visibility without hiring a CFO. We exposed the agent's posting stream into a glass dashboard: live cash position across three banks, 30-day burn, and a forward 13-week forecast that re-runs whenever the agent posts a new entry.

Family-owned manufacturer wanted Odoo Community for cost reasons. We did the Docker self-hosting, l10n config, full module setup (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing), data migration, and integrated the agent over the Odoo XML-RPC API. They run end-to-end without a SaaS bill.

We extended Controller Agent with structured logging — prompt, tool calls, payloads, responses, and the resulting journal entry — exportable per period for auditors, banks, or regulators.
